On long, beautiful Playa Grande. Lovely people. Has kept it's beautuful, charming Costa Rican style, while other coastal towns become over crowded. Slightly rustic rooms, but welcoming, authentic vibe, lovely pool, and stunning location outweigh anything else. Stay quiet Playa Grande! Thank you for a beautiful time! Surfer's Paradise!

Rooms need more hooks for wet bathing suits & towels. Need new yoga mats - shredded, torn & dirty, too many flies! Get traps or something. Swatting flies while eating and/or doing yoga not good! Griven & Tonya the only friendly staff member. The rest rude & shady in my opinion.

We ate at the restaurant before sunset. We were greeted with smiles. The service was awesome. The food was awesome. They made suggestions for drinks and desert. There are clean and wonderful hammocks on the property. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Playa Grande

We had such a wonderful stay at El Reinas! It's so relaxing. The staff is sooo friendly and accommodating. Every space was very clean. Such a great value for the price! Direct beach access. The only advice I have if you're staying here is to bring a sound machine. There is some construction in the area (it's wonderful to see the area growing!) and our room was on the first floor right off the common area. We had a sound machine and it helped drown out any noises for better sleep and naps :) We stayed here on a kid free trip, but it is very family friendly and we can't wait to bring our kids next time!

Posto magico ! Capisco il perché Enrico sia arrivato lì e non sia più andato via . Arrivati per caso in questo grazioso hotel e ci siamo subito resi conto di essere come a casa ! Gentilezza e sorriso fanno da padrone . Adatto a tutti non solo ai surfisti che qui la fanno da padrone, ma nelle vicinanze anche bellissime spiagge . Grazie bella esperienza

A truly special place - the location is perfection. 10 second walk to the beach for some awesome sunsets. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the food and drinks were delicious, and facilities were delightful, spacious and clean. The pool was perfect for when the tide went out and there were hammocks in the shade for reading and relaxing and a yoga space to stretch and meditate. What a spot - highly recommend a visit here!

Our vacation in Costa Rica at Las Tortugas was AWESOME! The beach is fantastic and if you're a surfer this is paradise for you. My wife and I enjoyed the fresh food prepared for us immensely and the staff at the restaurant & hotel are SO friendly. We had a nice large iguana who liked to sit in a tree branch by our table at the restaurant while we ate. They offer yoga. surf classes and massage therapy. Our "apartment" was large and comfortable. We are already planning our return next year! Thank you Louis and everyone at Las Tortugas for the best experience!!!!!

I loved my stay at El Reinas. The owner and staff were so lovely and helpful. I felt like a princess. Even though there was a wee complication in the booking process (not El Reinas fault at all) it all became a blessing. I wound up staying in the family room which was a beautiful space. So grateful for every moment there. Will return. Thank you El Reinas.

Amazing Hotel, I loved their CostaRican breakfasts and Dinners. Rooms and all other areas so clean. Amazing Customer Service. The area is small town with lot of security. Beach is huge, great for surfing and other activities like jogging and amazing sunsets.
