Amazing resort. Do not listen to the negative reviews. Book this place, it’s special and you won’t leave disappointed. It’s a beautiful, tranquil resort with plenty of space for everyone, great rooms, a lowkey beach, and the food was great for an all inclusive. Most importantly, the best hotel staff I’ve ever been around. They were the difference makers. I would recommend the CC to anyone I know and we’ll try to make it again someday. Thank you!

Location of property was good, with direct beach access, the service was great all of the staff were very helpful. The big downside of this hotel was the noise, the rooms are not soundproof you can hear everything in neighbouring rooms, music from the pools and the bar.

We had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless and spacious. The food was wonderful and the chef made sure we had vegetarian options. The pool was lovely, warm and clean. Very quiet. The beach is natural with lots of trees lining the shore. We enjoyed the sea kayaks! The staff were kind and professional.

I absolutely LOVED this place and I cannot wait to go back. I traveled here for my first solo bday trip and I felt completely safe. The staff is so amazing and they were so patient with me and my broken beginners Spanish. It was an absolutely magical time

This is our second time visiting CC, a small, quiet, beautiful resort. We were disappointed this time as we ended up in the standard rooms by the pool, whereas the first time, we were upgraded to the two-story building with a covered balcony, which was heaven. This time, we were given room 101 at first but had to move 4 hours later because the a/c was not working. It was annoying and stressful on our first day. We settled into room 504, which was okay but across from the Sports Bar. Loud thumping music till 11 pm and 1 am on weekends. Very difficult to sleep well with the birds getting you up at 6 am. No soundproofing in any of these rooms. The beds were just ok. The food was always great and plentiful. Excellent service always. Never a problem to find seating and loungers anywhere. A big plus is it is close to the airport. We were disappointed this time because we knew what the rooms are like in the 2-story building from our first visit in 2019. It's confusing when booking online to know what you have booked. There is Oceanview and Gardenview. We booked Oceanview, but ended up in the standard rooms by the second pool. Confusing. However, a big shoutout to Yendry Gonzalez and Luis Alonzo, who are hard workers and took excellent care of everyone.

This is wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the best that Costa Rica has to offer. Convenient excursions take you see everything from the rain forest to the River wildlife. Highly recommend this small clean relaxing resort right on the Playa Panama Beach

Great relaxing spot. Quiet pools and beach, good food, amazing staff. Handled celiac gluten free need with care. Master suite on second floor can’t be beat as we had wrap around balcony, sunset views, tons of indoor space, great air conditioning.
