Excellent location, very quiet and safe area, little variety and quality in breakfast, but in general, according to the price everything was fine

The hotel is out of downtown, you will need to pay a taxi 20 American dollars each way to go visit Old Havana, rooms are small and needs maintenance desperately, shower, minibar, some lights in the room did not work, asked reception for room move, They told me not possible, only if I will pay for an upgrade, the food was no good, breakfast quality very poor and basic, staff service in the restaurant needs costumer service training as they are not able to say Hi to the guests. I will not return to this hotel.
