We paid a premium price for a dirty hotel. We stayed here for a sporting event. The pool area was very dirty and the pool looked like it hadn’t been clean in a long time. The elevator was broken, the hot tub was drained. There was white powder all behind the bed which we assumed was for bugs.

Short staffed and the front desk person was the only one there with a full hotel. With a full hotel they let the public pay to swim and use the pool, that made us feel somewhat unsafe. No towels in the pool room and when asked she didn’t have a chance to get any laundry going.

Each person has had to wait for over a half an hour to check in. One had to go to third room to find a clean room, which only caused even more delays in checking in.

Id say terrible but the night staff did their best to correct the many issues we had so they get average. Issues. Refrigerator, main door to our room did not latch closed, graffiti in room and a broken bed.
