Back in Feb 23-25 this year, we encountered back to back days of early morning false fire alarms due to a known sprinkler sensor issue. We had to walk down 6 flights of stairs both days to lobby just to be told to head back upstairs. Huge inconvenience I shared my experience via a survey to the hotel and received a reply from the GM stating, "As a result of my review of your experience, I have asked the team to refund one night's room and tax. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your experience." I was glad to see the proactive response but unfortunately as of June, I have yet to see the one night credit to my credit card. So be weary of any promises you receive.
