The hotel has been updated and was very clean. It was quiet and the heating/cooling worked well. Eric at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. During check in he was very kind and explained the amenities of the hotel. He also went above and beyond during our stay. I was working on school work in the lobby during March Madness when a large group came in to watch the game. Eric asked me if I would like to move to the conference room where it would be much quieter while the group watched the game. Thanks Eric!

Very nice environment, clean rooms, everything works as it should and a friendly staff to top it off. Lori keeps the breakfast area fully stocked and refreshed at all times! I can tell if she is working or not just by the food levels that are present when I come down from my room. If everything is stocked and the oatmeal is nice and hot with all the toppings fully loaded, Lori is working ! :) Highly recommend if you need to stay in the area or if like me, you need a central place to stay for business meetings between Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison.

Great hotel with excellent hospitality. Clean and well organized. Breakfast was good but was made even better by Lori who was attentive and helpful. Gym has everything you need and the location of the property is ideal for a visit the area. Thank you for a great stay.

Love that rhe plqce is quiet very reasonably priced and rooms pretty clean, but asked for light abouve sink in bathroom to have bulbs replqced because they were burned out and never gotten taken care of.

This is the place to stay. The property is up to date, clean, safe, and they treat their ambassadors well. Shout out to Vida who was an absolute pleasure of a welcome into the property. Even late at night she still has a welcoming energy, which if you travel you know that's rare. 7/7

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on February 23 2024 for a period of five nights. Let me tell you, the breakfast buffet was an absolute delight! Lorie made sure the breakfast was on point. Lorie, you’re a gem! Your warm smile and attentive service made our mornings brighter. Thank you for ensuring the coffee and fruits were made fresh daily. You truly went above and beyond. The food was fresh, and the ingredients were top-notch. From fluffy scrambled eggs to crispy turkey bacon, everything tasted like it was made with care. I loved the build-your-own oatmeal breakfast. I had a good mix of yogurt, granola, coconut and fresh fruit! Kudos for considering sustainability. It’s refreshing to see a hotel prioritize quality and eco-conscious choices. I will be staying here again for sure!
