Felt screwed by paying more and did not get what's promised to me. - the landline in the room did not work - Check out staff, Warren, did not dress properly with his pants zip half-opened, provided instant feedback, there was another staff there, she seemed to be another front desk staff or housekeeping. They both did my check out. Warren later explained that it's broken, and he needed to saw it. I shared how this could come cross inappropriately.
