Water would not get hot, room door had to be forced closed, desk attendant wasn’t very helpful and not very attentive (Stood at the front desk for several minutes and they never came out, so I left).

Very nice room. Nice bed very clean. I would stay here again Whataburger. Can be a little loud on the weekend after the bars close

After staying at "MyPlace" hotel this was inconvenient. I detest the little mini-fridge. the former has a full size refridgerater/freezer appliance. Also the parking is terrible for a full size pickup.

We stayed at the hotel due to our grandmothers funeral. The shower had black mold all along the caulking which needs to be replaced . Our toilet did not flush and we had to be switched rooms . The bathroom fan on ceiling was black from all the dust that had never been cleaned … we stayed at this hotel because it had the best rating in Pleasanton. Will not be staying here in the future .

They tried to stick me in handicapped room, despite my reservation. Room had crawling inaects, which did not phase management at all. AC did not work well. Very hot.

We liked the breakfast and we liked being next to Wal-Mart for shopping. The only thing I didn't care for is the Ice Machine on first floor not working. The parking lot and trash cans had a lot of trash.
