The hotel is new n clean.. just don't like the toilet was abit funny.. the water came out is white colour plus abit oily feeling.. the fan fr the toilet celling cannot off.. during our stays in November is damn cold...

My first ever hotel stay in USA having stayed over with friends on my previous visit. I chose this hotel for it location, which was convenient for my needs. The check in process was easy and the reception team were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were large, clean and had all the amenities you'd need for your time away from home. It was quiet at night and with comfortable beds one can be assured of a good night's sleep. The breakfast was complimentary and reasonable, which I only had on one day as the vegetarian choices were limited and I saw people using the same cutlery to serve themselves meat based and vegetarian dishes. Perhaps the management would consider separating them and clearly labelling what is vegetarian. I am unable to comment on the spa and the pool as I never availed these facilities. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values their rest or basic professional service. What should have been a pleasant stay was a total nightmare. The Noise: The hotel allowed groups of unsupervised children to run wild through the hallways until all hours of the night. We were subjected to hours of screaming and door-banging that made sleep impossible. Safety & Communication: The Communication Failures: When I tried to report the noise from my room, I discovered the in-room phone was non-operational. I then turned to the Bonvoy app to send a message. My message was ignored for seven hours. When they finally did "respond," it was just a brief, dismissive voicemail that didn't address the situation at all. The Breakfast: If you’re looking for a peaceful meal, look elsewhere. The same groups of children were allowed to completely disrupt the breakfast area, making it a chaotic and unpleasant experience for other guests. The Service: The most disappointing part was the "resolution." We would have considered staying here again, but when we tried to address these issues at the front desk this morning, we were completely blown off. Management clearly has no interest in maintaining a standard of decorum or listening to paying guests. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Ample, free parking and EV chargers. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Good breakfast with waffles.
