Great location-right down the street from longer term parking at the airport. I’d stay here again.

Hotel was OK and clean, but expected a little bit more higher standards due to Hilton name, so obviously disappointed with that.

Poor upkeep Awful service

Pros: The staff are very friendly and polite. Grounds are clean and kept up. The pool is clean and attractive. Close to the freeway and the mall. Room and Bathroom very clean. Cons: Some of the outdoor furniture is dirty and there was a foam on the water in the water fountain next to the pool that distracted the beauty of the fountain. I ordered a cheeseburger from room service, ordered it med and arrived well done, dry, no flavor did not feel good after trying to eat it and was not able to finish it. Maybe it was a off night but I would not recommend the food with other options near by.

Despite being told that I had a food and beverage credit on check-in with my Diamond status, I was still charged. Manager said it’s because my employer uses a third party booking and couldn’t correct it. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. Very disappointed that they couldn’t make things right.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. As a diamond member we were informed a $15 credits per guest per day on food and beverage. We had breakfast there on both days. We were only credited $30 for 2 people for 1 day, not 2 days. I was on the phone for 53 minutes with both Hilton and this hotel regarding this problem. According to the hotel customer service rep, C. Delacruz that it's their hotel policy that no credits will be given on the day you check-out. We have stayed in many Hilton Hotels around the world and have never ever heard of that hotel breakfast will not be included on the day you check-out. At the end, C. Delacruz did not want to deal with me on the phone anymore and unwillingly credited me the $30 credits for the 2nd day. This is one hotel we will never ever stay in the future.

The room was so clean the staff was great and the food in ur restaurant was delicious.

I was put in a room next to the ice making machine, which is very noisy due to people getting buckets of ice but also the machine is noisy when making new ice. I asked 3 different times, with 3 different staff at front desk, to be moved. Each time I was initially told they would transfer me and each time no one replied back. The hotel did not appear to be busy, nor full, so my conclusion is the front desk staff is not very efficient.
