I love Renaissance Hotel JB! The super single beds and pillows are so comfortable. Beakfast was so good we over ate. ๐ Dont feel like going home ๐

Located right beside the Sunday night market. Surrounding has got plenty of food options to choose especially at night. Hotel room is clean and the air con is cold.

I got a rude WhatsApp message from the service staff saying that I did not pay for breakfast after I have checked out. The hotel also told me I have not paid for my tourism tax even though they collected a deposit from me before check in.
The staff then proceeded to ignore me. No updates of whether I really ate the breakfast and no apology if they had made a mistake.
Always check internally first before confronting the customer, and deduct whatever fees you all want during check out. It was a great experience until this happened. Will not be coming back.

Stayed there to celebrate husband's birthday and we had a really pleasant stay! The room was nicely decorated with complimentary cake when we arrived.. The room was clean and spacious too. The buffet spread was delicious and had a good variety.

Luxury Hotel with amazing amenities that supports the price tag that it comes with.
Breakfast buffet had quality with its own spread of choices also.
Good for stays that favours and needs comfort to backpacking!

Friendly front desk gave early check in, located very near Sunday night market and many restaurant and shops within walking distance. Breakfast variety is good. Thereโs sauna too.

Wonderful room & service. Only wished i could stay a little longer. Lounge was quite dirty and small though. Location is good, always like the food around it. Parking is safe with security checking all the cars before enter.

location near to permas jaya. outside hotel is the pasar malam but mostly chinese vendors, few malay vendors.
