This is the best budget hotel available in the area near to Pasir Gudang. I think the area is still quite new therefore it is easy to find a parking spot. All the basics like restaurant and convenient stores are walking distance which I like. My only qualm is the Wifi stop working after sometime which I think has to do with limited time allowance. I just don't understand this particular part. Everything else is superb.

The hotel is quite clean, the location is also close to food stalls, only the availability of drinking water has to go down 1 floor, the room size is not suitable for the application

Not sure if the sheets are clean but we were scratching after lying on the sheets. Other than that, good location and price is decent. Room is generally comfy.
