Always my favorite hotel in JB! Got the birthday cake surprise from the hotel as I chcked in on my actual bday. The receptionist keep wishing me happy bday during the time of check in and they are so kind and friendly. Thankyou the team! Definitely will come back for my coming trip!

Overall ok stay if you like the convenience of location.
Requested for high floor room but was assigned to the 2nd lowest floor out of 28 floors.
Also mentioned it was both our birthdays but hotel did nothing to mention or indicate that.
Room toilet shower floor choke and flooded.
Overall disappointing stay. Contacted management but no responses from hotel.

We booked 3 room. Ask to have the room to b on the same floor. But only managed to get 2 rooms. And best my room was the worst. With the aircon that’s like heater. Ask the counter to come take a look. They did but after they gone is back to hot room. Whole night could not even sleep and was so hot. Breakfast very limited choice. And when we go back at 1 am. There was no sign to tell us how to go to the carpark as the gate was locked we have to turn 3 rounds before we go to the counter to and was told only 1 gate is available and is a must ask to open than can go in. The only good things was the location. We have compliant to the manager. They won’t suppose to get back to me but 1 week still no news. Hai.
