Hotel standard avec personnel responsable mais rapport qualité/prix (plus de 240 euros) complètement hors sol basé sur un système couplé au taux de remplissage C' est un hotel qui pour le service offert et le lieu (zone industrielle) devrait se situer entre 80 et 140 euros maximum En profitant de l'effet d'aubaine exagéré, vous vous coupez des revenus futurs

Accueil parfait par le personnel Situé en périphérie Un peu loin du centre de st brieuc pour les animations et restaurant mais facile d accès avec un super parking gratuit Chambre propre, moderne et spacieuse. Juste dommage qu il n aie pas de frigo ! Mais génial que le wc soit séparé de la Sdb Petit déjeuner simple mais de bons produits

Clients Smartbox, 3 jours 2 nuits, nous avons du payer un supplément de 60€. Arrivée à l’hôtel, nous avons été soi-disant « sur-classé », chambre avec taches sur la moquette et scotch sur la tête de lit car lampe de lecture manquante. Celle de mon conjoint ne fonctionnait même plus. Ça commence mal ! Nous allons dîner à côté puis en rentrant nous décidons de prendre une douche (certes assez longue ), et bien cela a déclenché l’alarme incendie !!! À 1h du matin, le veilleur de nuit nous traite de « tarés et dangereux » et nous vire de l’hôtel… Nous avons du passer la nuit dehors, en moto et sans hôtel. Hôtel à fuir !!! Dans l’attente d’une réponse de celui-ci !

Nous avons été surclassé avec notre box donc côté parking Les chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que la salle de douche Nous avons testé le bar parfait pour un moment de détente Le petit déjeuner vaut le détour en chambre ou au buffet Si vous voulez vous avez un restaurant la taverne à 100 M et des bocaux repas si vous voulez pas sortir

Très bon hôtel , mon mari et moi-même y avons séjourné , pour un week-end. Le lit est confortable la chambre est de bonne taille et très propre. Le petit- déjeûner très bien . Et le personnel très accueillant . Il est très bien situé pour découvrir la côte des côtes d'Armor.
