Super hôtel. Piscine magnifique et sauna que nous pouvons privatiser. Salle de massage sur réservation. Le personnel est adorable. La chambre était très propre et le lit très confortable. J'ai remarqué quelques commentaires négatifs. Pour notre part nous sommes ravi de notre week-end. Ou je peux éventuellement entendre quelques remarques c'est sur le bruit ou les chambres sont pas très bien isolées peut être. Sinon nous avons effectivement remarqué une ou deux petites imperfections car le manoir est peut être un peu vieillissant mais vraiment tout cela nous a en aucun cas dérangé et cela nous a pas empêché de passé un excellent week-end. Merci pour ce bon moment à toute l'équipe.

Séjour déplorable. Nous pensions avoir rendez vous dans un hôtel 4 étoiles… Nous devions avoir un lit bébé à notre arrivée après confirmation pas la réception la veille. Nous n’avions rien dans la chambre et nous avons attendu la fin du repas du réveillon pour recevoir un lit à 00:30 sans draps et avec des taches de sang. Idéal pour un bébé de 8 mois. Que dire de la chambre poussière partout, urine sur la lunette des WC, prise de courant qui ne fonctionne pas, touffe de cheveux dans les draps de bain et j’en passe. Très agréable d’avoir une machine à café mais attention c’est au client de remplir le réservoir d’eau. La douche gel douche et shampooing vide…. Aucune considération lors de mon départ à la réception. Il est assez surprenant de n’avoir aucun responsable pour traiter les plaintes. La réceptionniste fut agréable au départ mais n’a pas su répondre correctement à ma réclamation. Hôtel à éviter ! Dans l’attente de vous lire.

Un week end agréable Un établissement assez charmant avec un grand plus pour la privatisation du SPA et le petit déjeuner Quelques petites réparations à effectuer dans les chambres qui restent cependant très confortables

Hotel looked beautiful on entering the grounds. Checkin was unremarkable. Shown to room which was on the ground floor. Quite dark. Bed very low and both of us had trouble getting in and out. Small en-suite bathroom. It was a very hot day and night. We were on ground level with French doors to the patio. We couldn’t leave our doors open all night for security so neither of us got much sleep. Two teabags and two coffee pods no milk and a list of items in the room was left on the dresser, not sure if this was deliberate to ‘remind us not to take anything’!Small swimming pool booked out until 7pm. We did not eat in the hotel. Check out- my husband stood at the desk whilst the receptionist carried on her conversation with the cleaners. Not impressed. This hotel could be so good. It is trying but not quite getting there.

The garden at the Manoir is really beautiful, the rooms are rather small and we found that the matrasses need to be replaced. A maintenance upgrade of the property would be a benefit to the Manoir.
There is not much staff around, perhaps only one girl to run the reception and BF area, as well as two room cleaning ladies. Service is therefore not as fast as expected.

nous n’avons pas lu les avis avant car pas de réseau avec la tempête . Cela nous aurais pourtant évité de nous rendre dans cette établissement qui ne vaut en rien 4 étoiles . L’entretien de l’ensemble de l’établissement est négligé ,un drap avec un trou dans un soi disant 4 étoiles .! le sol de la salle du petit déjeuné sale ,un employé qui passe pendre son café et se sert dans les viennoiseries en tenu de travail comme si nous étions transparents. Nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement ,la réceptionniste dit qu’elle fera remonter l’information . Quand on regarde les avis depuis dès mois ,les informations ne doivent pas beaucoup remonter . nous avons fait un hôtel deux étoiles la veille qui était deux fois plus à la hauteur que cet établissement . un conseil passez votre chemin .
