What a delightful experience in such a relaxing environment! This hotel restaurant and spa was recommended by our friend Yann Germain, himself a one-star Michelin at Sessenheim. We are so glad we followed his advice. We had dinner at Nicolas and Solene’s gourmet restaurant. Every dish was a pleasure for our senses. Chef Nicolas comes to each table and explains his dishes. His passion, creativity and excellence transpire in every detail. Solene and their staff are so attentive and so efficient. The next morning we had breakfast at their Comptoir: what an experience! I toured the buffet so many times. I was in heaven with all these fermented foods. Thank you for your leadership in this cuisine!
