The staff were so incredible that we couldn't fault them, even when some of the groom's side got a bit too tipsy before the wedding party. They handled everything with grace and a smile, making the entire event flow seamlessly. The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was prepared with care, and the included breakfast was an absolute MUST. It became our favourite way to start the day, filling us with energy and anticipation for the adventures ahead. And speaking of adventures, the concierge was a gem in helping us explore Plovdiv, a city rich with history and culture. They provided us with a map and insightful suggestions on things to do in the area, making our explorations all the more memorable. We would come back to Hotel Imperial Plovdiv in a heartbeat! Super near Plovdiv train station. Friendly helpful reception. Spacious room. Fridge and toilet heater unplugged, had to plug in myself. Mini kitchen only comes with microwave oven, no cooker no kettle no utensils etc. Love the huge toilet sink. Suggest to have shower curtain and more hooks in the toilet. Bedroom carpeted. No room slippers provided. Don't bother about the view. Noise can be heard next door. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Overall stay-able for 1 night.

This is the worst hotel ever! We switched two rooms. The first one was with broken air conditioner and it was freezing, I don’t understand how that the hotel didn’t knew about it?! The second one was extremely dirty and the windows were covered with birds droppings! I have pictures, it was disgusting also the bathroom was very very dirty. On the second night at 1:00 am in the morning there a was private party above our room the receptionist told me that from the hotel were trying the loudspeakers. AT 1:00 am in the morning?!?! He was trying different lies he even offered to move us AGAIN at 1:00 am?!?! He told me I can go speak with some man from the hotel stuff upstairs? If I have to that, why the receptionist is even on work? The manager of the hotel was home sleeping… no words honestly. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER WITH THE WORST STUFF. NEVER GO THERE !!!

excellent service! The breakfast is first-class, there are a variety of breakfast types to choose from. Hot water is very good, decorated in new style! The color is very bright, it is a very good business hotel, well-equipped, a little far from the city center, there is a bus stop nearby, overall very satisfied !
