There was never anyone downstairs at the desk. As a result, the person who was usually "managing" the property gave us his number and asked us to text him on an app, since there was no other way to find him. This person later used that texting method inappropriately to falsely say that we had left the rooms in "bad condition" and it was done not immediately but significantly later after we checked out. We responded to the false accusation by asking this "manager" to specifically say what was meant by "bad condition", as there was absolutely nothing in the rooms left in any bad condition, we even washed our dishes before we left, we took our trash out, etc. There was never any response after our request for a clarification. We will definitely never stay there again at this hotel. In addition, even though the parking was nice, the laundry is not in every apar**ent, so you have to ask the elusive host/manager for help with that and only if there are free apar**ents with a laundry machine. There are no dryers either at this hotel.

Ottimo appartamento, in periferia ma non lontano dal centro di Plovdiv (15 minuti scarsi, a piedi). Bilocale dotato di tutto il necessario, comodo per tre persone. Il parcheggio è incluso. Decisamente vantaggioso il rapporto qualità - prezzo.
