Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave

Premetto che sono rimasto in questo hotel per 2 settimane per viaggio di lavoro. Detto ciò, non lo consiglio in quanto la colazione a buffet( già scarna di suo) per 3 mattine è stata sostituita con un “menu” alla carta con possibilità di scelta di UN SOLO PIATTO. Lo staff non parla inglese eccetto di un solo cameriere.. L’ultimo giorno non hanno nemmeno cambiato gli asciugamani sebbene fosse stato appesp il consueto cartellino alla porta. Non comodo al centro e il ristorante oltre ad essere caro è di bassa qualità..

This hotel is a gem located just outside Plovdiv’s Old Town and all of the amazing sights the city has to offer. Getting to and from the hotel/Plovdiv is convenient and I actually found it to be very relaxing to be at this locations vs inside the city itself.
The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The staff is courteous and friendly.
We will be back next year. I’m already looking forward to my next stay here!

Great Hotel! Spotlessly clean, modern, air conditioned. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were very happy to have found such a lovely place. Only a five minute drive into Plovdiv Centre where we found plenty of parking freely available. The attached restaurant Avocado is absolutely superb with such an extensive menu that we couldn't find fault with at all. Again, the staff were amazing and the food is exceptional! We will be booking again for next year!

Very clean and nice hotel! We were staying in the new building and the rooms are amazing! The staff from the reception desk is very kind! The parking is free and the hotel is not very far from the city centre! The breakfast is very basic but enough for you to start the day!
