Had a wonderful stay at Villa Flavia - could not recommend this hotel enough. Perfectly located for quick access to Kapana district (trendy restaurants and bars!), old town and ancient ruins. Hotel and room were gorgeous, including a great roof terrace. Breakfast was good with enough variety and service was excellent. The Roman bath ruins below the hotel are impressive, with short tours offered.

A hotel filled with exquisite characteristics and identity, a true definition of quality, personalization and superb hospitality.
Great location in the centre of most points of attractions, quality services and amenities - great hospitality from the staffs, very sumptuous breakfast spread, beautiful and clean room with great bed. And most uniquely of all is the presence of the past historical ruins co-existing with the now. Amazing experience.

Giving an hotel 5 stars is not something we do lightly but the Villa Flavia Boutique Hotel deserves this rating and more! From the fascinating Roman ruins upon which the hotel is built, to the astounding, efficient and thoughtful service, to the well-appointed, comfortable rooms, to the beautiful courtyard for breakfast, to the roof top terrace taking in views to the old town and the Roman theatre…. Nothing could be improved upon! Well-done to the team- you have made our stay memorable.

The hotel is very comfortable - everything new and well thought out. It’s built over a Roman bath house, which adds interest and it has a charming garden and a delicious breakfast, all at a very reasonable price. Best of all are the staff - so friendly and informative and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This boutique hotel is located at the ideal center of the city. You are in the center of the action- shopping, dining, entertainment. In the foothills of the Old Town. It’s an old building, tastefully renovated. Build over a Roman bath, which is incorporated skillfully and makes this place really unique. We really enjoyed the view from our room! The service is impeccable! Every guest is pampered ! Awesome breakfast! Great patio. Highly recommended, and hope to stay there again!

Hotel Villa Flavia is truly an exceptionally stunning and comfortable hotel, located close to Plovdiv's historic sights. It offers ultra modern rooms with beautiful bathrooms and every comfort, and in the basement area there is an original Roman bathhouse you can visit. The breakfast is very good and the service impeccable. Highly recommended to stay in Plovdiv ! I will definitely return there when I am in the region !

Exceptional!!! We stayed 2 nights in April 2024. This is a real historic boutique hotel. The rooms ae clean and nice and staff is so friendly! Wonderful hotel being built upon an ancient bath house. Centrally located. Amazing staff that were friendly, warm, accommodating and treated us like family. Must visit. We will be back for sure.
