The halls and pool area were not clean. The carpets need a vacuum and professional cleaning. I know it's tough with the amount of people that frequent these areas but vacuuming 2x a day would help. The glass on the door to the pool and main entrance were filthy. We woke at 9:01 to hammering. It would have been nice if we were made aware of this before hand. We go a few times a year and I don't remember it like this. I'm hope it will be addressed for future guests. The staff is always amazing and helpful.

I read some reviews that really made me question if I should keep my reservation. I have to say everything was fine. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Our room had a coffee maker and mini fridge. No Kurig though if you were looking for that. The staff was beyond helpful. I called in the morning to see if we could get early check in but was told they were fully booked for school vacation. We got there just before 3 and our room was ready. The pool is really nice, however the water was very cold. I think I heard someone say the heater had broken. I would go again. Perfect location and great for families.

disappointed water in pool sooo cold cannot enjoy/ hot tub is set on 98 expected to spend most of time in pool with toddler now finding something to do outside of the Inn in April Wish we could cancel 2nd night Hope they see this review as others have commented same problem and correct might be ok in summer but why would you be inside pool in summer

I have stayed here with my family many times before. It’s a quick affordable getaway that we have always enjoyed. However they apparently aren’t heating the pool water anymore. We were in for about five minutes today. Freezing! The kids hated it. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

We had a great stay, compared to last year. Our stay last April was during construction, but thankfully this year we got one of the remodeled rooms on the second floor. Nice view of the park across the street, very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Beds were very comfortable, as were the two chairs in the room. Front desk staff was pkeadant, close to anttractions, and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is renting rooms in an active construction site. Construction noises from the room directly above us, specifically hammering, woke us before 7:30. The water to our shower was yellow/brown. I would never stay here again.

I will start out with the staff was amazing. So sweet and accommodating. The problem was my room was so dirty. The hotel was not clean at all.
