Traveling through the area is what prompted us to stay. Wish we would have kept traveling. Staff greeted us nicely. Walked into our room and was greeted with a cigarette smoked filled room (mind you, this is a smoke free hotel) and closet door broken and off its hinges. So, back to the front desk. Desk clerk gave a smirk and told us the room was marked clean, but then gave us a different room. At this point, I wasn't in the mood for a third room. Bathroom door worked a bit wonky. Wouldn't lock, but when tried to get out of the bathroom, one had to lift up on the handle. Beds were comfortable. Woke up to roosters crowing at 3:45am and continued to crow until 6am. Breakfast wasn't ready by 7:00am as we were told it would be. Eggs and sausage were cold. Wafflemaker not plugged in (we heated it up). Needless to say... we will never stay at this Comfort Inn Suites again.
