We have just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and was very happy with the hotel. It is located 5-10 minutes walk from the hoe, Barbican & the town centre. The hotel is very clean and a massive plus is the on site car parking facility, The breakfast is really nice with cereals, toast fruit juice, lovely coffee plus farm produce bacon, eggs and sausages which was fab! They had several vegetarian and light options such as yoghurt and granola. The room including a small fridge, hairdryer kettle and fan. I found the bed a little soft but that is just my preference. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom was very nice, We thought we may hear noise being so central and did not hear any noise from outside or inside the hotel which was great Erica & Paul was lovely hosts and we would happily stay there again! Friendly guest house on a quiet street almost on the Hoe! Great to have its own carpark. Short stroll onto the Hoe, down to the Barbican or into city centre. Lovely room, spacious and very clean. We stayed in one of the larger doubles and had lots of room. Excellent breakfast with local butchers bacon and sausage. Would certainly stay here on our next visit.

This lovely family run hotel is cozy, clean and in a great location. Just a few steps from the Hoe and a short walk to the Barbican, where there are a variety of restaurants and shops. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast was made to order

This beautifully appointed hotel is in a great position, close to the city centre and the Hoe, and just a short walk from the Barbican. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was also excellant. If staying in Plymouth again, I would definitely book here first.

We stayed here for two nights at short notice. What a find , in the centre of Plymouth with free parking. We had a large room , with huge bathroom , table and chairs, settee, fridge and microwave. Lovely hosts and great breakfast. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

This is the best place to stay in Plymouth. Located in the city center and close to Hoe Park is the perfect way to discover Plymouth. Number one is super clean with a friendly environment and delicious breakfast prepared every morning.

Just stayed here in a twin room with my Mum for a couple of nights. Hotel lovely and clean and the hosts really nice and attentive. We asked for extra towels and milk, not a problem. Breakfast included and was really tasty cooked breakfast. Plenty of cereal and fruit available too. The hotel has a decent sized and free car park, which is a bonus. You are so centrally located we left our car and walked everywhere. We would recommend a visit inside the lighthouse on the hoe too. We will definitely go to this hotel again.

Myself and my wife are relocating to plymouth and we always stayed at this hotel during visits we needed to make. Paul and Erica are extremely friendly and always accommodated our needs even when we called at short notice. The hotel itself is beautiful in a great location and has free customer parking. The breakfast is one of the best ones we have had at any hotel, we would even come here for our breakfast when we have moved 😀 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
