Very very impressed with this beautiful Guest House, with such welcoming proprietors. The rooms are superb and the beds are so comfy. Breakfast is a knockout!!!! Yum yum yum Will definitely stay here again and again and again

This is a lovely little b&b in a great location. Easy to park outside using Ringo. The bed in room 7 was comfortable and absolutely huge! We both had an anazing nights sleep. Breakfast was good and the coffee was exceptional! We will definitely visit again.

I didn't actually stay in this establishment. But I did book it, the avert on *********** is extremely misleading and states a fabulous breakfast. On booking you get sent a message saying continental breakfast only due to Ill health. I then asked the owner to cancel but she refused and I found her attitude extremely unhelpful.

Stayed an extra night in Plymouth after spending a week in the City. Booked on ***********. Received a warm welcome from the owner. I was impressed with the room, modern decor and modern ensuite with a large walk in shower. There was a good choice for breakfast. Recommend.
