Premier Inn Plymouth City (Lockyers Quay)

Close to National Maritime Aquarium and access to harbour area. Easy parking at hotel or in adjacent parking facility. Eating is across the parking area so might be a problem if it is averse weather.

We would like to thank Waled especially the lady looking after us for our breakfast today 30/4/24 (we did not get her name unfortunately) but advance happy birthday to you for next month ) for looking after us "big crowd" for their excellent and friendly service. Will definitely coming back again for Lunch or dinner next time. Thank you for your hardwork 🙂

We had to make an emergency booking as badly let down by a miss-described Air B&B - Lora checked us in efficiently and sympathetically, helped us book in on line with my phone. The room was comfortable and clean although a little cool! - upon check out again Lora was superb and helped us in any way she could accompanied with a smile. Many thanks Lora you have turned an anxious time into a good stay. We would return to Premier Inn Lockyers Quay should we return to Plymouth.

Often stay at PIs and this is not one of the best. The staff were friendly and welcoming but the room was a little tired. The hook was missing on the back of the bathroom door and there was no chair in front of the dressing table/desk. The room was clean but could have done with a lick of paint and the tea/coffee hadn't been replenished. On the plus side though it was a great location a few minute walk into the Barbican

Apart from a long trek from reception to room 23 for my husband who is mostly wheelchair dependent I can't fault premier inn lockyers quay. The staff are amazing, continously going above & beyond & are always extremely helpful & friendly The one let down which is totally out of the hotels control is the long narrow corridor from reception to room 23. I was often asking house keeping to move their cleaning trolleys to get hubby & wheelchair through. Room 23 not great for wheelchair dependent guests, however the room was perfect. Thank you all for a great 3 night stay. See you again in a few weeks time.

All the staff are so welcoming and lovely. Is a great location, close to the aquarium, town and the barbican. All of which the staff helped with their recommendations. Had a lovely meal with associated Cookhouse and Pub. Thank you very much team Lockyer's Quay.

Had a wonderful stay at Lockyers Quay. Rooms were spotless and beds comfortable, had a great night sleep. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Very close to the city centre and the historic Barbican. Just across the carpark there is a lovely restaurant. Would recommend and stay again

Absolutely amazing stay, check in very smooth, staff very helpful and friendly:) Very good location with lots of pubs and restaurants across the bridge. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you so much for everything Premier Inn x

Stayed here a number of times over the years when viisting family in the area. Love the hotels location as a short walk to the Barbican and Aquarium plus plenty of resturants etc in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Walid at breakfast time who made us all laugh too :-) The hotel whilst lovely and clean, is a getting a little tired both externally and internally, starting to show its age and certainly could do with a refresh. Apart from that great value.
