고모리저수지 옆에 있어서 산책하기 좋구요. 방도 따뜻하고 깔끔합니다. 조식 공짜인데 한식으로 구성되어 있어서 집밥처럼 먹을수 있는것도 좋아요. 허브아일랜드나 아트밸리와는 거리가 좀 있어서 그건 감안하시면되구요.
