Atendimento dos funcionários é bom, são todos educados e cordiais. O quarto mesmo tendo um ventilador pequeno, é abafado. O banheiro no dia que chegamos, tinha cabelos dentro do box. Ficamos 2 diárias e o quarto nesse período não teve arrumação do hotel. O café da manhã é raozável, uma das diárias que descemos, faltava mais de meia hora pra encerrar o horário e já não tinha praticamente mais nada, leite, café, queijo, suco...já tinha acabado tudo. E quando perguntandos se iria ter reposição, disseram que não, pois já tinha acabado tudo. E detalhe, ainda faltava bastante hóspede para tomar café.

Hotel antigo, mas é bom. No banheiro tinha cabelo e pelos, lençol estava com rasgos e tinha sujeira na coberta. Quem já hospedou e conhece o grupo sabe que não é este o padrão do hotel.

O hotel é muito espaçoso e muito bem localizado no centrão de poços. O café da manhã é bem.servido. o atendimento dependendo do horário e bem.demorado. local pra estacionar e na rua, portanto, durante o dia é zona azul.
