Overall we had a really lovely stay! We had a swim up room and I think without it, we wouldn’t have enjoyed the stay as much. It’s definitely worth paying the extra. We were right near the pool bar and it felt lovely being in a bubble just the 2 of us in our pool area. As mentioned by others, there are a lot of steps as it’s built into a mountain so if you have mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend it for you. It’s a very secluded hotel with a long 2 hour transfer. Perfect if you want peace and quiet but if you want lots of activities and lots to do, you’ll be bored. The hotel is very clean both in the rooms and public areas. The staff are all friendly but equally leave you to it. The food was great, i suffer from acid reflux but the food is so healthy and fresh, i didn’t once reach for the omeprazole lol. If you’re a fussy eater, you won’t like it here as the only beige food is chips. We went for a week and every day was different so we didn’t find the food samey. The culinarium is lovely, Dragan was a fantastic server and the food was so tasty. The drink variety is a bit mid. They don’t tell you if you want certain cocktails, it’s premium and the upgrade is €180 pppw! I thought that was very expensive. There is only 1 alcoholic beer on offer too. The coffee bar is a nice edition, the iced coffees are great. The pool bar offer the same as the bar upstairs and the staff are quick. We didn’t use the main pool but I did think it would’ve been nice if they played some music, it was very quiet. There isn’t an extensive entertainment schedule during the day or night. I think a few different evening shows wouldn’t go amiss. I surprisingly got engaged on my holiday! My partner paid for the magic evening package which was €80 for a bottle of alcohol, roses, special chocolate desserts, rose petal lights and swans on the bed. This was really lovely to come back to after the engagement so if you want a romantic gesture, I think it’s worth the money. Overall if you want a peaceful holiday to unwind, this will be perfect but if you want hustle and bustle, this won’t be for you.

A beautiful hotel. The food was lovely, always lots of choice and always plenty left (we often ate late) and staff were really quick to take drinks orders. The room was spotless every day it was cleaned, we had a double room with a sea view and are so glad we paid that bit extra for the view as it was stunning. The staff were all extremely friendly and approachable and there was always TUI guides around if ever you needed anything. I’ve seen a few negative comments about there not being much to do outside the hotel and whilst it’s true that the hotel is located in a quiet area (it does state this when booking) there are plenty of things to do. There are walks to different beaches both left and right from the hotel which are stunning, there are pedalos, paddle boards etc. There is also a shuttle bus to Makarska which is much more lively with plenty of bars/restaurants and only cost us €20 each to get there. On top of this there’s a huge variety of excursions offered by the TUI guides if you want to travel a bit further out. The beach was lovely with plenty of sunbeds, we didn’t actually use the pool area until the last day and the only negative thing I would say is that it could’ve been cleaner around the sunbeds and quite a few of them were broken. We had an amazing time and was so happy with the hotel, we would definitely come back X

First arrived at the hotel to be told we were placed in rooms without a view and next to the generator. This I would not have minded but requested a quiet room and was told we would have a pool or beach view prior. The food was not bad, the staff were friendly and excursions good. The hotel was clean and tidy however, it was boring!! No music at the pool or beach. Not enough chairs at the pool for all the guests and the evening entertainment was poor. There was one really good musician but other than that disappointing. We booked this hotel for the adult only and cocktails but unfortunately the local cocktails weren’t great and a couple of evenings they were two families with their children hogging up the games room. It was a present for my husband’s upcoming birthday and our friend’s birthday but unfortunately the hotel made no effort at all in the room. We did contact the hotel prior explaining why we had booked it and declared this on the TUI app. However when we spoke to staff they denied This even though we had the confirmation emails. Disappointed!!

The hotel has lost the contract for the beach beds 29/6/24 and as a consequence you have to pay 20 euros for a sunbed and 8 for an umbrella a day. As a result you have to either stay in the pool area or the ground adjascent which is now full and everyone reserves their beds, contrary to hotel policy. The beach is beautiful but the pebbles are very uncomfortable to try and lay on. The sea does have sea urchins and its highly recommended to obtain water shoes if you chose to go further up onto the more public end of the beach. In front of the hotel there's fewer of them to bother you. This has spoilt the last few days of our holiday here, which up to now has been excellent. We won't be returning as the beach and the hotels location was, what we wanted when we booked. The sunbed cost is now hugely expensive for a two week stay. It's no longer suits our needs and may not suit yours.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, the food was varied and catered for most people and very nice. Rooms were spacious and we had a lovely view out to the Adriatic . Entertainment was good most nights and lucky to have the football as well for those who wanted to watch. The stairs to the pool was not for the faint hearted as no lift. The down sides were lots of broken sun beds round the pool area, plastic glasses left out overnight causing ants and the tables need wiping daily which wasn’t happening . All in all a lovely place to stay just needs a bit of attention to detail . Must say the TUI entertainment girls Gemma and Co were brilliant with their quiz’s and water aerobics Mark

We visited this hotel back in 2018 and loved it and were hoping it wouldn’t have changed - and we weren’t disappointed. The location is absolutely beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. We sat on the beach every day and never had a problem getting a lounger - even on the day we arrived at 2pm. There are some lovely walks from the hotel and it feels really safe to explore. The food is varied, and as a vegetarian I had plenty of options. My husband really enjoyed the grill station which was varied each night. The desserts are so good for an all inclusive, and we enjoyed the ice cream station too. It’s a shame not all the cocktails are included but the ones we tried were good! The hotel is clean and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. We had a partial sea view room and it was easily spacious enough with a large balcony. We hope it isn’t another six years before we return!

We stayed here for a week at the end of May. I was nervous after reading the reviews but I needn’t of been. We had the most wonderful week there! Firstly the rooms. I am glad we upgraded to a sea view suite. As the other rooms looked a lot smaller, and to be honest it was worth it for the view! Absolutely gorgeous to wake up to every morning. The room was spacious and very clean and modern. Only negative would be the bathroom door was frosted glass with a sliding door, so if you are a newly dating couple privacy might be a slight issue. But for us who have been together 20+ years it was fine. We are beach people and managed to get a sun bed every day, however we are early birds and were down there by 8am everyday after we had breakfast. It’s a pebble beach and there are sea urchins in the water which isn’t an issue if you bring sea shoes. The sea was absolutely stunning so clear and beautiful. The food was standard European all inclusive food. It was perfectly pleasant, we had nice breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Occasionally some of it was overally salted. Would have been nice to have a beach bbq at lunch going. But again it’s a European all inclusive, if you are used to the big Mexican and Caribbean all inclusive it’s not that. It’s a lot smaller and quieter. Which doesn’t take anything away from it, it’s just different. Go with that mind set and you will have a wonderful time. Location is 2hrs away from the airport, long but worth it. I honestly have never been anywhere as stunning I kept swimming in the sea looking at the mountains and saying to my husband wow it’s so beautiful. It is set in to a mountain side so if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. I’m really unfit and was a challenge after a few drinks! We took a trip to makarska one day which was lovely. Hotel booked us a cab and same guy came to get us, hotel were so helpful with anything we needed. If you are at the hotel facing the seafront and walk right you will come across a cute bar and restaurant. Worth a little trip for lunch or dinner, no more than a 5 min walk. And there is a little super market a 5 min walk away also which. Was handy to stock our room with some cokes and snacks. One thing not a lot of people have mentioned is the spa, I loved it! I had two treatments on two different days there. The spa rooms were Modern and gorgeous and therapist really knowledgable. Well worth the money, trust me! Go to this resort if you are looking for a quiet beautiful get away. We will be back

The hotel was very clean, we felt like we were on a cruise as when we were in our room and the bar and terrace all you could see was the Adriatic Sea. Croatia is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. The hotel did wine tasting and gave us nibbles to complement the 4 different wines, it was awesome! Marine was fantastic and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. The staff were attentive and helpful, buffet food was lovely really varied every day! We went on a boat Island hopping and loved it, the Adriatic Sea is better than the Caribbean Sea!!

We loved the place ! Our room was TUI blue , very nice & comfy, amazing views & only a stones throw to the beach & pool . Please be aware that there are steps & I personally don't think it's suitable for people with walking disabilities . Even my knees were struggling! There was an issue with sunbeds , either round the pool or on the beach . We had to get up early to get one , which is not what you want to be doing on holiday . Maybe TUI should rethink this one . Sunbeds should be allocated to each room , round the pool & on the beach maybe . At least one or the other . The buffet restaurant was superb . The best I have ever experienced. Quality , quantity & choice was fantastic. We didn't bother with the a la carte restaurant as the buffet was so good . The staff were very friendly & polite & helpful . As were in any of the bars . Credit to the staff I say , we were made to feel so welcome . Evening entertainment was good , but getting a table was difficult , same as sun beds . TUI needs a rethink on these subjects . We would definitely go back , probably for 2 weeks next time as we would like to see a bit more of Croatia as it's beautiful. We also had a massage , wow ! So good !
