酒店位置便利， 房間整潔衞生， 就是感覺有點空曠，沒什麼人，在特殊要求上註明了不要頂端或角落房，前台好像沒看要求，還是給了一間角落房， 而且房間偏大，温馨感欠缺， 衞生間的照明不夠亮， 洗浴水温不太穩定，難操作。

位置毗鄰巴士站和火車站，距離波德戈里察的主要景點和繁華地帶也不算遠；設施齊全，提供一次性拖鞋和吹風機。唯一美中不足的是房間設施略有老化，但不影響居住體驗。

The hotel and all other services were good apart from the air conditioning. When we asked for lower temperature setting, the hotel said that the temperature is centralised and is set to hot mode. We couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat.

I’m appalled by the service I just experienced. I was just hung up on by a woman at reception who refused to give her name and said “I’m ending this conversation now.” because she demanded we pay a fee for changing rooms when the temperature of our first room was unbearable and the air conditioning was not working. Let me make it clear, I was completely willing to pay $10 for a room change (not unreasonable at all, but suspicious as to whether this happens often) and would not be leaving this review until the exchange I just had with this woman. She said I may not speak with a manager and hung up on me. I’m just shocked.
