I don't know where to start, let's start with the structure; It is located upstairs from a dealership which has two disadvantages. One is terrible tire smell that is felt everywhere in the hotel. Two inability to find an available parking space due to the continuous movement of the dealer's cars. The restaurant is poor but very friendly staff. The night receptionist, despite the fact that his cleaning colleagues had forgotten to refill the fridge with still water, refused to give me 2 bottles of water leaving me without water for the whole night. He asked me to pay €5 for the bottles in cash and it was not possible to charge it to the room bill because it was an additional service. Instead both the manager and the receptionist were very kind and were very apologetic the next day when they found out. The room was quite old like the whole structure and since it overlooks a very busy road, all the noise can be heard even from inside.
Overall opinion? is to be avoided

Very quick check in, staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was enormous with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. The included breakfast was good. About a 17 minute walk to the town center.

We would like to send a big thank you to the receptionist and the staff! Everyone was incredible nice and helpful. The receptionist helped us find taxis, gave us restaurant recommendations, and was overall available for any questions or assistance. We had a small issue when arrived and my booking was cancelled but they arranged everything and we were able to rebook on the spot at the same rate.
The kitchen food was really good. For dinner we got steak, French fries with mushroom sauce.
The breakfast was nice as well.
The rooms were very large, spacious and clean.
There is a supermarket not far from the hotel. Around 5-10 mins walk.
Downtown is around 20 mins away.
The bus station is around 10 mins maximum.

Worth only for a three-star hotel. The first floor is a car saloon, and the guests should enter from the side entrance. The reception was on the second floor! The lift was slow and we mostly took the stairs. Missing lights on the stairs. The shower cabin was old and not cleaned at the corners. Too much noise from the courtyard where cars were parked. The breakfast was good but the waiter was not polite. I got a glass bottle to get hot milk from the drink machine, and he looked angry and suggested us taking milk with cappuccino cups!!! I asked for an iron in the room, as usual in other hotels. They didn't give it to me and asked me to pay for ironing, but I had to wait 40 minutes!!! I will not come back to this place.

Hotel Aurel in Podgorica, breakfast, disastrous, a four-star hotel that has the reception on the second floor? ………., it is located in the industrial area, the sheets are too small (your feet were left in the air), the terrace is super dirty.

Rooms are very big, comfortable and clean. Staff is really nice. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the center of things. If you have a car, that is less of a problem. Otherwise it is 15-20 minutes walk to the center. Bus is available from nearby.

Beautiful hotel with great restaurant, spa & gym. The views from the top are unbeatable, spacious & cozy rooms. Would give 6 stars if I could.
