1、房間實際情況和照片嚴重不符，牆皮多處離開，沙發和地面及其之臟，屋裡蚊子巨多，牆上全是打死的蚊蟲印，牆角還有蜘蛛網。
2、説是家庭套房，其實就是一間大床房+一間雙床房打通了，給我們是602+603兩張房卡。
3、服務水平也很差，我們提出要換房，服務員説他忙着招待餐廳客人，沒時間。也就説酒店前台還兼職餐廳服務員。
4、其中一間房的房門鎖不上，我們晚上用椅子頂着門才敢睡。
5、房間裏連紙巾都沒有，被子還是潮的，蓋着很難受。
6、這個水平的酒店還能評上4星？懷疑他們是刷的

The property is a very modern, well maintained and stylish hotel. The facilities are fantastic with one of the best restaurants we have eaten in.The staff are very friendly, the service is first class. We were so happy to stay in this lovely place, we will definitely be returning. Thank you hotel Eden for such a great break away, we felt so relaxed !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from check in to the room itself. Front desk staff were super helpful! The gym was a great addition! A little chilly during our time here but the indoor pool was a great alternative as well as the sauna room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was great! Will definitely stay here when we return to Split.
