Point Pleasant Inn

It was clean on outside but shabby on the inside.There was no mirror in the bathroom or the entire room.There was a bug on the ceiling of the bathroom.The towels were hard and had wholes in them.

HORRRRIBLE property, would NOT recommend, had a family vacation (with our 10 year old) and automatically when we got there there was two strange men in the parking lot doing who knows what (********* we think). Heard a man hitting his wife two doors away from the front desk (no one called the cops of course). Walked in the room to what looked nice, but then slowly learned it was hell. AC didn't work, bugs all in the bathroom asked for new sheets due to pee stains and the house keeper said "we don't change sheets till about mid may and we don't clean rooms because we aren't too busy so they don't need to be cleaned all the time" so I looked at my husband and said get us a refund now. Got a refund and left. RUN RUN RUN. They tried to make us look at a different room I declined, I was not having my child sleep there for one night. Pathetic place would actually like a number to call to report to the health depar**ent we have EVERYTHING on video INCLUDING her admitting They don’t clean the rooms

I appreciated the low price because I stay at local hotels a lot The Wi-Fi access is not reliable and that’s a problem since I have to do work Facilities were definitely not clean, and there was limited privacy as far as the windows Front desk gentleman tried very hard to help me get access to the Wi-Fi and I appreciate his efforts

Left after checking in. Horrible and dirty after he finally woke up and checked me in. For a beautiful town it reminded me of an inner city. Never again

TV did not work. Window coverings were actually plastic bags.

This hotel has to be one of the worst. I have ever stayed in. Whomever checked me in was so cold and unfriendly. It made me feel unwelcome from the start. My room Was infested with cockroaches they were everywhere I Booked a two night Stay and could not be refunded for the second night so I didn't sleep for 2 days. I was terrified, it was disgusting.

Old bedspead with stains on it because it hadn't been washed was disgusting. The bath towel I had was cheap and threadbare. Find another hotel.
