the sheet is dirty with sign on it me sleepless and also noise the whole night with A/C noising. Totally not qualified one.

I had purchased this room through ******* had a family emergency and canceled about an hour after making reservations in the early morning. Was told there was refund I explained to the motel and ******* about my emergency and even paid for the insurance which is extra. Very bad business all around. This was the first time and last time I ever book again.

The lamp further from the window doesn’t work. There are no outlets to plug in a phone to charge. The light bulbs are maybe a 20-watt, don’t expect to read a book in the room as it is too dark. Between the bed area and the bathroom, the walls are smooth in one place and rough textured elsewhere ( a bad repair job), additionally on the same wall it appears a huge indentation is in the wall possibly from either a bowling ball or someones head ! As you walk around you will see the significance of low quality. That desk chair should be tossed into the trash. Better to not have anything than that chair. The lamp that does work has a broken and bent shade from a yardsale at best. But what ever level of quality the room is in, it should match what you are listing online. Listing as a three star hotel ! This is NOT a three star hotel. If there was, it would be a zero star hotel. The pitures that you have online do not match with the room. They are vastly different, and passed misrepresentation and nearing bait and switch. The chair that is by the window is filthy. I sure wouldn't sit it in. The sheets were clean and the staff was nice, that is the only thing nice about the place. We checked in very late or I would have found another place immediately or just slept in the car. I would have rather paid $150 and stayed somewhere else than $90 to stay there. ADvertised as a Three star hotel ... no way.

Simple accommodation, the staff member on check in was professional and willing to help.

Service was great, front desk is very friendly, helpful. He give me sheet, and small heater for room when asking. The room is not very clean.

TV didn’t work. Sink didn’t drain. First room given smelled of smokers
