As far as hotels in Congo go this one is probably one of the best. the staff are really nice and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Ive stayed in 2 sperate rooms , one had a nice big shower but the other one just had a shower in a bath which i didnt like Apart from that its great

Toujours excellent ! Le Double Tree by HILTON Pointe Noire est au centre de la ville, à quelques pas de l'avenue Charles de Gaulle et à proximité de la mer. Les chambres sont spacieuses, calmes. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le service est bon (dont un service blanchisserie rapide et professionnel). Accès internet haut débit. Le personnel est professionnel. L'aéroport est à 30 minutes en voiture. Donc c'est clairement la meilleure adresse de Pointe Noire et sans doute du Congo. BRAVO !

Prestation classique Hilton mais personnel remarquablement attentif ce qui change de bien des établissements au Congo où tout est approximatif. Buffet PdJ et déjeuner variés sans être très originaux, quelques plats locaux aménagés au goût des blancs. Chambre extrêmement confortable, vue splendide dès le 6ème étage. Au calme.

Ottimo hotel, stanze moderne, grandi e pulite (specialmente grandi le de luxe); bagno con doccia gigante e pulito. Attenzione ai letti per le coppie: spesso sono ad una piazza e mezzo; colazione e cena ottimi. Piscina all’aperto con bar e personale tutto molto gentile

Очень свежий отель в этом городе. Сделан с применением современных технологий и материалов. Ну и качество обслуживания как во всех Хилтонах на высоте. Отель выглядит оазисом в пустыне, единственный минус это высокая стоимость размещения

Les chambres sont confortables et le personnel est professionnel Suite à une requête, la Directrice de l'hôtel a fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité en me recevant très rapidement dans son bureau. Un matin, alors qu'il n' y avait que de la viande rouge et du poulet au buffet du petit déjeuner, le cuisinier KEVIN m'a spécialement concocté un plat à base de poisson vu que je ne mange pas de viande. Kevini a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme : sourire, gentillesse, et courtoisie

La chambre est propoe, mais je trouve la bouilloire est manquante, et pas de fer à repasser. Je le signale et on m'annonce qu'il y a une rupture de stock, et je ne pourrais pas avoir la bouilloire (qui doit couter 5€) ... pour une chambre à plus que 200€ la nuit, cela montre un certain degré de mauvais management. je ne reviendrais pas à cet hotel.

Séjour très agréable avec la vue sur la ville de pnr. Très propre et le service de chambre et d’accueil excellent ! Le bar tant dans le hall je prêt de la piscine est super. Je trouve que cet établissement est parfait pour un séjour tant professionnel que personnel
