房間沒毛病，服務也無可挑剔。歐洲酒店規定入住時間通常要到下午兩點甚至三點，這一點顯然不如國內酒店靈活，人性化。

I really like the old lady at the receptionist. We arrived in the morning with our luggage while the check-in time is after 3pm. We called the receptionist to ask about leaving them at the hotel earlier. The lady was very kind, cheerful and helpful on the phone. She even helped us to check in way earlier, at 10am. She is the reason why I instantly thought about writing the review here, which I rarely do. The room exceeded our expectations. We have our separate beds, clean and bright bathroom + toilet, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a fridge, a stove. All the staff we met at the hotel are really professional with highest degree of caring. Highly recommended!

Sauf que la femme de ménage est rentrée dans la chambre à 10h alors que mon épouse était encore sous la douche ......gênant quand on sait que l'heure de libération de la chambre est fixée à11 heures .

Chambre avec vue sur rue, au premier étage face à l’ascenseur, 1 nuit sans nuisances sonores notables, très bien équipée : poubelles de tri, deux espaces bureaux avec chaises, trois livres à disposition, savon main, gel douche, liquide vaisselle Rainett, pelle, balayette, et j’en passe……

Les climatiseurs de la chambre étaient en panne, et nous avions des chauffages/ventilateurs d'appoint à la place. Impossible de mettre cela la nuit vu le bruit. Etant en plein hiver, aves des enfants, c'est pas l'ideal..
De plus, il y avait un bar juste en face, dont les clients ne semblent pas pratiquer le dry january, et se mettaient à crier jusque tard dans la nuit. Mauvaise nuit après une journée fatiguante au futuroscope.
Piscine et petit dejeuner très bien.
Au final très bien cet hotel, mais etant donné qu il etait loin d'etre plein, il aurait été judicieux de nous donner une chanbre sans ces problèmes plutôt que nous dire le matin : ah oui c'est vrai dans cette chambre là...
Une ristourne était la moindre des choses.
