The parking spaces of the underground parking lot are narrow and the parking is inconvenient. The parking space needs to be approved in advance.

The location is indeed very convenient, with more restaurants.
There is a bakery and a big supermarket downstairs, so there is no need to eat breakfast at the hotel.
The hotel is generally not 4 stars, at most 3 stars, the rooms are not very soundproof. The front desk service is not good, lacking the professionalism and courtesy service that 4 stars should have.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Poitiers. The staff were helpful (they reserved a taxi for us). The breakfast was plentiful with lots of options of cheeses, yogurt, breads, eggs and meats. The bed was comfortable and large enough (nice king size). We would stay there again if we visit Poitiers again.

Mis à part un parking dont les emplacements sont trop étroits, nous n'avons que des points positifs à émettre concernant cet hôtel : Chambre agréable, personnel aimable, excellente literie et calme absolu. Nous conseillons cet hôtel après en avoir testé 3 à Poitiers la même semaine.

Tout est dit dans le titre. Petit dej et personnels, bien que sympathiques ne sont pas à la hauteur d’u. 4* sinon la situation parfaite, un parking pas cher. Petite brasserie en face qui fait l’angle à recommander
