別の会社で予約していたトレッキングツアーのガイドが1時間経っても来ず、不安でいっぱいだったときに、こちらのスタッフの方がとても親身に助けてくれました。すぐに状況を調べてくれたり、新しいツアーガイドを紹介してくれたりして、本当に心強かったです。そのおかげで不安だった旅が一気に最高の思い出に変わりました。
スタッフの皆さんはいつも優しく、部屋も清潔で快適。タオルやトイレットペーパー、ドライヤー、バスルーム用スリッパまで揃っていて、本当にお値段以上のホテルだと思います！

Great hotel. Bed was comfortable, got a good night of sleep (important after Kathmandu), and the balcony was a great place to relax. Plus, breakfast was most excellent. 🙏

Hotel is very nearby lake side, main market. Friendly staff. Helped me in making bookings too with good prices. Room was very spacious and clean. Price range is also good. Food is offered in breakfast only, foodpanda app can be used for delivery.

Really friendly staff, they were always keen to help and very kind. The rooms had really Big rooms with a beautiful balcony. We Had a really beautiful experience at this hotel and would come again if I come to Pokhara again. Recommend by our amazing guide (trekking guide Tenpa on google)
