I stayed in Room 507 at Soaltee Westend Lakeside, Pokhara, for two nights, and my experience was truly exceptional. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. Every member of the hotel's staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. In fact, words are not enough to describe their outstanding hospitality and willingness to assist guests. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or in housekeeping, every employee provided excellent service with a warm smile. I also had the opportunity to meet and speak with the hotel's F&B Manager and Human Resources Manager. They were extremely courteous, approachable, and supportive. I also interacted with the senior waiters, who were equally professional, kind, and attentive. The hotel rooms are luxurious, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The entire property is spotless, and its location is excellent. From the rooms, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Pokhara city and the beautiful Phewa Lake. Overall, my stay exceeded all my expectations. This hotel is even better than I had imagined. Whenever I visit Pokhara in the future, Soaltee Westend Lakeside will always be my first choice. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because its exceptional hospitality and outstanding service will make you want to return again and again. You will truly feel that every penny you spend is well worth it.

The room was excellent. The staff is very helpfull. Food is fine. What we asked, we got. The hotel is located in the center of all magor activeties and shooping. There is parkingvfor the car and free WiFi at all the places in the hotel. We will come again.

Had a great stay at The Soaltee Westend Pokhara. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was great, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was simply breathtaking. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros: 1. Location: center of lakeside, walking distance to all of lakeside and nightlife 2. Hygiene and cleanliness: 5 stars 3. Service and Hospitality: 5 stars 5. Swimmingpool 4. Cozy Hotel, nice decor Cons: 1. Limited breakfast options, not great 2. Property is in a cramped space 3. Due to the royal visit and their entourage taking up parking space, could not charge the EV in the hotel

Pros: 1. Middle of lakeside, easy access to all of lakeside and can walk. 2. Clean rooms 3. Hospitality and guest service is great 4. Swimming pool 5. Rooftop is awesome Cons: 1. The property is limited by space 2. Not enough of choices in breakfast...ok only 3. Due to royal visit and their entourage parked at the charging slots, had to charge outside Location and clean rooms are the highlights!

This is a 15day old property. Loved the place it is fresh as PUCK Super food and interior the restaurant is worth visiting. Loved it ..............................................
