1. House prices are seriously high in the off-season, about twice as much as similar prices in the surrounding area.
2. The refund process is delayed and takes 1 week.
3. The bolts of the bathroom towel rack are loose and the rack falls down.
4. Digital TV always has skynet loops popping up advertisements blocking the screen, and the staff can’t do anything to turn them off.
5. There are too few lamps in the room and the overall brightness is seriously insufficient. It does not match the specifications of the suite and is not suitable for children's living.
6. There is an exclusive lawn outside the suite balcony, which is not bad.

The customer service is excellent. Our flight was significantly delayed (and then subsequently cancelled) and they gave us back our original room. My husband would’ve missed a work meeting (we were traveling light without a laptop, while on a trek) and they made available to him a laptop and a working space to take the important call from. Their staff were very friendly (everyone from front desk to airport transportation) and they helped us entertain our 2 year old who was getting a bit stir crazy. Highly recommend the place!

We had an excellent stay in April 2024. Stayed here for 2 nights and days The staff was very courteous, esps Aastha, who made our stay super comfortable. They helped us with early check in and late check out as our return flight to Kathmandu got cancelled.

Astha is the most wonderful host; she made us feel a million dollars and so well looked after. She helped me book a jeep for our trek and rebook our room for our return. Such a beautiful hotel, love the pool! Perfect to cool off in the hot sunshine and immaculate bar service for cocktails :) Lovely relaxing stay after a big trek and the chaos of Kathmandu. Highly recommend.

Nice straff, beautiful garden and authentic rooms. Super experience. I recommend couples, families with children and just anyone to stay here for a relaxing experience. The breakfast here are one of the better I have had on the trip. I also really enjoyed fries and a beer by the pool :) Thank you! See you next time

This is such a dreamy place to stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I had some of the best sleeps of my life in the peaceful, specious and very comfortable room. The food was absolutely delicious, including the great selection at the breakfast buffet. Some mornings I could see a view of beautiful Mount Machhapuchare from the hotel. I am definitely hoping to stay here again! Thank you for such an amazing stay.
