A warm greeting and excellent service from all of the hotel staff. The hotel room came with the most amazing view of the Machhapuchhre (aka Fishtail Mountain). We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for the two days we stayed in Pokhara. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Sarangkot Mountain Lodge for our honeymoon, and my birthday happened during our trip. Our experience totally exceeded expectations. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. Our room was beautifully decorated with a complimentary cake for our marriage. The next day at dinner, we got a lovely surprise birthday setup plus a free birthday cake.
None of these sweet surprises were pre‑arranged. Every staff member was friendly and attentive with big smiles. We were deeply touched by their sincere hospitality. Highly recommended for visitors to Pokhara, and we hope to come back someday.

Easily one of the top three hotels I've ever stayed in; I felt completely relaxed here. I loved just lying by the pool, watching the clouds drift by and letting my mind wander. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, and the restaurant food was delicious too. From my balcony, I had a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains and beautiful sunsets. If I ever come back to Pokhara, this will definitely be my first choice.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we were absolutely blown away by the service and location. The staff was beyond kind and thoughtful, giving us little gifts throughout our stay and making sure that we enjoyed Pokhara to its fullest extent. We can’t wait to go back!!

Nice hotel with fantastic views for the Himalaya mountains. The breakfast and lunch/dinner at the bar is delicious too. hBut the location is 10km from the town Pokhara and it takes 30 min by taxi and 1500 rupees. Otherwise everything else is nice enough for a vacation location.

The hotel staff were wonderful, very warm and attentive. I stayed for a day to get some photos of the snowy mountains, and it was totally worth it. You can even capture the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' phenomenon right from the balcony.
