Despite the darkness that covered Pokhara, we managed to have a wonderful time at this hotel. In principle, you don’t have to leave the hotel - a lot of amenities and forms of activity are offered. Perhaps only Spa didn’t really catch my attention. The food is delicious. Logistics to the city - cable car or taxi. Or on foot :) Speaking of smog at the end of the season - there is much less of it at the top, the air is cleaner. next door - zip lining/bungee jumping/paragliding. Thanks to Raj for the impeccable service at private dining.

There is a grand welcome ceremony when you check into the hotel!
The wooden structure of the room is close to nature and the hardware facilities are good!
The software service is also very good. The staff I encounter are polite and courteous, and they are full of hospitality. All requests are answered. The little girl working in the cafe also enthusiastically helped me take photos while I was swimming! The service guy in the restaurant in the picture is very serious, patient and considerate, and very expressive!

What a perfect experience! ! ! Entering the hotel is like being in a paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle of the small town below the mountain. When the weather is good, the snow-capped mountains seem to be close at hand, and every cell is stretched. The food in the restaurant is also very rich and delicious, and the service of the staff will make you feel at home.

On a clear day view would be excellent. Service is good, some are friendlier than others. The manager, Mr Pashant(?) Was helpful n responsive. Room is not bad, toilet can smell better n room can have more hanging places. Aircon was noisy at night like a motor. Pool n bar were nice. Can have more promotions to maximise use of bar. Overall, a pleasant stay.

A magnificent experience - top of the line service - excellent rooms - very very comfortable - very courteous staff. Food is also very good with a menu for everyone. The views from the room was beautiful - snow capped peaks in the distance. Overall a memorable stay - will be back for sure.

We had a great experience at the lodge! The staff were amazing, especially Nabin Mandal who went out of his way numerous times to ensure we had the best accommodations possible. The location of the property is amazing with access to stunning views and short trips to key adventure sports such as paragliding and zip-lining. All-in-all this is a must stay at hotel for anyone visiting Pokhara.

Dear Sagarkot Mountain Lodge Team from the very warm welcome from your operation staff, to the delicous food (and the cutest cake ever) served to us by your kitchen team, with the complete hospitality from your junior and senior reception and hosting staff, and the loveliest spa experience i’ve had, i would like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart. Words fall short for the immense gratitude i have for your team, who has worked endlessly for our 3 night stay here, and has been courteous every step of the way. To the people i haven’t interacted with, i hope to see you on my next visit here. a special thank you for hosting one of the best birthdays my grandma has had.
