Landmark Pokhara

This Hotel was very good and we are glad we stayed here. As soon as we entered, we were greeted effusively and check-in formalities were completed immediately. The rooms were spacious, with all modern conveniences. Since flights to Pokhara Airport were cancelled due to smoke haze, we reached the Hotel later than anticipated. However, knowing that we were tired due to an arduous journey by road, the Staff, with their homely touch, went out of the way to ensure we could unwind and relax. The food in this hotel was excellent and the multi-item buffet spread was very good and tasty. The service in the dining area was excellent and any item ordered was served in the least possible time. An always smiling Ms.Rozeena Adhikari, from Reception, found out that my wife and I were celebrating our 40th. wedding anniversary and she surprised us at dinner with a lovely Cake. It was served ceremoniously at our dinner table and this warm, personal touch is what sets this hotel apart. One of the owners, Mr.Raju, also took the time to interact with us to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Mr. Krishna Pandey of the Travel Desk, made excellent arrangements for us to go Paragliding. Since the Pokhara Airport was yet closed, he also arranged and ensured that our taxi to Lumbini came exactly on time. To encourage local culture, there was a daily song and dance performance, which was very enjoyable. After two nights stay, we left the Hotel with wonderful memories. All told, I would highly recommend this Hotel for tourists coming to visit Pokhara.

Never take old building rooms, this much big hotel has only one lift, Indian food quality is not upto the mark except the stuff prathas, breakfast menu is nothing, no sandwiches, no South Indian etc... staff is very good, good location, improve food quality

Service of the hotel is very good,chef and cook food is very nice and the reception service is also very good. I also like the hotels rooms which is spacious and comfortable. It is located near lakeside so it easy to travel ,I would recommend this hotel for every family who loves to travel.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely front facade in wood carving & bricks. Hotel situated near lake. Check in extremely fast. Room spacious. Was clean. Bathroom clean with all toiletries. Bed comfortable. Linen & towels clean. Restaurant on first floor overlooking the road. Breakfast & food spread excellent. Service too was very good with smiling face. Staff was eager to help. Ground floor bar was good. Every evening there is a cultural show, performed by local artists. Overall a very good experience. Strongly recommended

The stay was excellent . The services were quite good and the supporting staff was excellent . Nice place to stay .The rooms were nicely prepared and clean .The food which was served was quite delicious and tasty.overall the experience in the hotel was quite good 👍

LANDMARK HOTEL POKHARA Such a good and great experience in your hotel. Your hotel staffs are amazing and great specially Ms. ROZEENA. She is so helpful and guide us where we should visit and coordinate for transportation with convenient price. We have been visited few places recommended by her and that place was amazing even though my clients came from Malaysia and first time they have been visited to the Pokhara , their experience in Pokhara and facilities of landmark hotel really satisfied.
