Good value. Easy walk to lakeside. Quiet because not in more populated area. Low water pressure in shower.

i liked the location its in the quiet side near the lakeside. What i did not like is the un-professionalism that the hotel did by accepting booking over ******* and then cancelling as they were over booked. I spoke to someone from the hotel who i requested to accomodate us , so they agreed for 2 rooms little below the one we booked. We agreed thinking it will be the same hotel as shown in the picture but rather they have an annex building which is like an old guest house called Kuti gardn, its looks old and damp and the furnitures were disaster my son fell while seating on the chairs in the room. The room was right near the road so it was noisy and guests were disturbing. Breakfast was average also nothing special and for eggs we had to pay extra. One major thing i really have to highlight is that the internet at the annex Kuti Garden did not have password and internet hardly worked for 2 nights we stayed there, we got fed up so we requested to the reception to move us to the main building and they agreed to move us to the main building where the facility was a bit newer but squeeky furnitures and wardrobes. They would shut down lobby and stair lights and its generally dark. While requesting the reception to check us out on 8:00-8:30 am in the morning the receptionist was rude and refuse to transfer note to the person coming in the morning and we had to do it again with the morning staffs and request for our luggage's to be moved down. Hotel has a small parking.

Stayed from 25 -26 Aug 2023. Worst experience. Filthy bathroom. No chair to sit - dirty stool as furniture. Runner in room in tatters. Service atrocious. Breakfast miserly. Deliberately make you wait for 40 odd minutes for lousy breakfast. Inmates cursed and left in frustration.

It was an overall bad experience here, unfortunately worse than we hoped considering the exorbitant price paid. Not to mention there were holes in our bedsheets and quilt blankets!!! The towels given were old, stained and carry a musty odour. Very poor. $43 USD per night and we had cockroaches crawling in our bathroom and under our bed. On a week long stay, our room was only cleaned every 2nd day (not everyday as we requested, no wonder there are cockroaches!) also the buffet breakfast was unclean and unhygienic. The watermelon tasted 2-3 days old and not freshly cut. There was dirty food stains and old food crumbs on the floor from days prior. Cleanliness is a huge problem here and it seems that while management and staff are courteous, they have neglected hygiene perhaps in favor of cost saving. Certainly not good enough and very uncomfortable considering the price paid. Suggest to avoid until this is urgently fixed!

Be careful dangerous hotel and staff. We visited Pokhara in May 2023, during the visit stayed at Tuki Resort. Inspite of two months prior booking they gave us room on 3rd floor and surprisingly this hotel has no lift. They don’t have hot water facility when ever you want hot water they will give you in buckets within an hour. They have restaurant at ground floor but they always insist you be in your room they will provide food there, which generally take’s minimum an hour.

One of the most basic Hotels. Prices are exorbitantly High. Food quality JUST OK but quantity too less and proces too High. Need to be cuatious and alert always we foud some poisonous insects in the washroom and no one to get it out too. Had to make a noise for it. MMT pushes such properties for what reasons best known to them. For me, a BIG NO to this Hotel.

A beautiful resort and with fantastic staff and food. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.it also have a nice view of stupa and shiva temple from the room. However the resort is in lakeside but it is in quite place. The Buffet Breakfast provided the resort was awesome and delicious.
