I stayed 2 nights. Clean, neat, homely feeling, taken care well. Close to Lake, shops and hotels. Quite place with nice view of snow topped mountains. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and welcoming and the staff were very helpful and friendly. This was our first time overseas and Management bent over backwards to help us in any way. With directions, taxis, organising transport for us to travel around the city and places we wanted to see. We honestly felt like family by the end of our stay. We are already planning a return holiday in 2026. We left with a heavy heart but cannot recommend this hotel enough.

From the moment you arrive you are welcomed by Shekhar and Goma and made to feel at home. We have been coming to Global since it opened and not only is it centrally located Shekhar is more than accommodating in helping you arrange any travel needs in Nepal. Over the years we have become family and they recently helped us organise our 25th anniversary in Nepal. I cannot speak highly enough about them. Go visit.

We had a couple of days in Pokhara and stayed at Global Inn, a gem amongst all other hotels. A very familiar Inn where we felt very welcomed and personally invited. The breakfast was amazing and I would recommend the milk tea. Please ask for advise for restaurants nearby, they have good recommendations. The rooms had fans which was awesome in the hot climate. There are towels provided but you need to bring your own shampoo and toilet paper.
