Wiele wspaniałych miejsc odwiedziłam, ale to jest zdecydowane numer 1. Zaczynając od tego co widać czyli pięknego budynku i okalającego terenu, poprzez stylowe i klimatyczne atrium, elegancką restaurację, przytulne korytarze i pokoje, a to wszystko o zapachu świeżości i w otulających dźwiękach odgłosów przyrody. Jedzenie wikwintne i pyszne, zabiegi na bardzo wysokim poziomie, perfekcyjnie wykonany masaż balijski, nienachalny, a jednocześnie zabiegający i dbający o każdy szczegół personel, sprawiły, że czułam się tam wyjątkowo rozpieszczona. Ale to co było tzw. wisienką na torcie to animacje sportowe, za którymi stoi niezwykle profesjonalny trener - Pan Remigiusz. Oboje z Mężem prowadzimy aktywny tryb życia i jest to dla nas bardzo ważne. Korzystaliśmy ze wszystkich możliwych zajęć sportowych, ale niestety są one organizowane tylko w weekendy, co możemy uznać za jedyny minus. Mamy nadzieję, że jest to tylko przejściowy harmonogram i ponownie animacje wrócą do grafiku w dni powszednie. Poza tym wszystko było perfekcyjne i na pewno będziemy tutaj wracali.

We recommend this hotel as the best in Poland. It was our tenth holiday in this unique place. We spent it in the Grand apartment, which we highly recommend to people who value exceptional luxury. It is a huge apartment, decorated in art deco style, with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and a jacuzzi. All services were provided at the highest level. The dishes served in the restaurant were a real feast. In addition, waiter service is of the highest standard and follows all etiquette rules. The wonderful Manager of waiters makes sure that every guest feels special. The beauty institute is, of course, the best in Poland. Treatments at the highest level. The Institute's staff professionally provided advice on the selection of cosmetics. Reception service also at the highest level. All reception staff are the right people in the right place. Always smiling and trasy to help in every matter. Mrs. Ania for wonderful animations for children which the children are delighted with. Thanks to the lifeguards who are vigilant about the safety of guests, especially Mr. Paweł for professional swimming lessons for our children. The cleaning ladies do their work with great precision. We always come back full of joy and come back well-fed and relaxed.

Niestety zła opinia Będąc gościem hotelu W restauracji zostałem poproszony aby poczekać Ok poszedłem do cafe Czekam 20 minut i nic W końcu sam zapytałem stolik będzie za 2 minuty Rozumiem ruch w restauracji Były 3 rozwiązania stolik będzie za 20 minut może Pan poczekać Drugie rozwiązanie niestety nie wiemy kiedy stolik się zwolni możemy zadzwonić do Pana pokoju jak będzie miejsce 3 rozwiązanie to nakryć stolik w cafe Takie rozwiązania funkcjonują na wzgórzach Dylewskich i Krynicy Zdrój Niby najwięcej gwiazdek ale najgorsza obsługa Pokój 406 niestety będę tu jeszcze kilka dni

Everything was great: the hotel, the service, the food, the spa and the location. We really liked the hotel design. The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a small but well-equipped gym and a very nice, decent side swimming pool with magnificent view. The spa was outstanding - the way rooms are laid out ensures privacy and the staff was professional and caring. The food in the main restaurant was really tasty and beautifully served. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have a luxurious break.

Struttura di altissimo livello. Staff molto professionle e preparato, Credo che in Polonia sia difficile trovare qualcosa di meglio. Arredamento di ottimo gusto con camere ampie e spaziose. La Spa è molto ben organizzata, ci sono diversi tipi di sauna: Romana, finlandese e ad infrarossi. La piscina ha una vista mozzafiato sul bosco di fronte. I massaggi al volto e alla schiena hanno dato ulteriore relax ad un week end fantastico. Il ristorante è molto grande con un servizio impeccabile. I pasti sono molto raffinati e gustosi. Il personale è di altissimo livello e molto premuroso. Un esperienza incredibile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Consigliatissimo

Jesteśmy wielokrotnymi goścmi hotelu, zawsze zadowolonymi (dlatego wracaliśmy), jednak przy ostatnim pobycie, który realizowany był z vouchera bardzo się zawiedliśmy, ponieważ dopiero podczas check-outu zostaliśmy poinformowani o konieczności wykorzystania całej kwoty i okazało się, że jedyną rzeczą na którą możemy pozostałe pieniądze spożytkować jest wino (nie pozwolono nam vouchera przedłużyć, zarezerwować zabiegu w spa ani kupić kosmetyków - kosmetyki to produkt a wino to usługa jak się okazuje). Rozumiem politykę i zasady, ale powinno się o nich informować gości przy zameldowaniu, a nie w momencie opuszczania hotelu. Bardzo duży minus i niesmak, chyba niestety stracili Państwo klientów oraz rekomendacje, które na Wasz temat dawaliśmy znajomym.

Aesthetic hotel designed in my favourite Art Deco Style. Great cuisine experience from breakfast( fishes from their own smokehouse), through lunch( modern Polish cuisine ex. dumplings with trout and citrus caviar), till dinner( great smoked trout with seafood sauce and yuzu caviar and Halibut with elderflower sauce). Great selection of wines ( could be more Polish wines such as ' Winnica Moderna' or 'Dom Bliskowice). Amazing view from pool for beautiful hotel garden. You can take sunbath and read a book on the terrace near pool or swing in a hammock in the garden. Recommend this place during summer festival of Olga Tokarczuk Foundation 'Góry Literatury'.

We went to Polanica for romantic weekend. It is a really beautoful hotel, located in the quiet area of Polanica, but still 10 min walk front the main street. Hotel itself offers two great restaurants, fantastic recreation area with swimming pool, saunas, and sun terace. SPA offer itself is reachest I've seen and Staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Nothing to really complain about :))) We will be back in autum for sure !

Anfang Mai 2023 waren wir wieder in der Nähe von Breslau unterwegs und haben uns entschlossen unser Lieblings Hotel „Dr. Irena Eris „ in Polanica Zdröj zu besuchen. Es war eine gute Entscheidung! Wir verbrachten drei schöne Tage in super Atmosphäre und haben uns prima erholt! Kompliment an die gesamte Mannschaft!
