Bardzo wysoki poziom, wraz z moim partnerem, czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani przez obsługę hotelu :) Przepiękny, przestronny pokój, bardzo duża łazienka, przytulny taras. Co warto zaznaczyć - wszędzie bardzo czysto :) Okolice również przepiękne, ciche. Można w pełni odpocząć. Na terenie obiektu panował totalny spokój. Tak samo w kompleksie spa.. Można było swobodnie skorzystać i się zrelaksować. Polecam z czystego serca, jeśli chcesz odpocząć - warto właśnie tam zaplanować swój urlop ❤️

I have visited many wonderful places, but this is definitely number 1. Starting from what you can see, i.e. the beautiful building and the surrounding area, through the stylish and a**ospheric atrium, elegant restaurant, cozy corridors and rooms, all with the smell of freshness and the enveloping sounds of nature. The food was exquisite and delicious, the trea**ents were of a very high standard, the perfectly performed Balinese massage, and the unobtrusive yet attentive staff who took care of every detail made me feel exceptionally pampered there. But what was so-called the icing on the cake are sports animations led by an extremely professional trainer - Mr. Remigiusz. My husband and I both lead an active lifestyle and it is very important to us. We took advantage of all possible sports activities, but unfortunately they are organized only on weekends, which can be considered the only minus. We hope that this is only a temporary schedule and animations will return to the schedule on weekdays. Apart from that, everything was perfect and we will definitely come back here.

We recommend this hotel as the best in Poland. It was our tenth holiday in this unique place. We spent it in the Grand apartment, which we highly recommend to people who value exceptional luxury. It is a huge apartment, decorated in art deco style, with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and a jacuzzi. All services were provided at the highest level. The dishes served in the restaurant were a real feast. In addition, waiter service is of the highest standard and follows all etiquette rules. The wonderful Manager of waiters makes sure that every guest feels special. The beauty institute is, of course, the best in Poland. Treatments at the highest level. The Institute's staff professionally provided advice on the selection of cosmetics. Reception service also at the highest level. All reception staff are the right people in the right place. Always smiling and trasy to help in every matter. Mrs. Ania for wonderful animations for children which the children are delighted with. Thanks to the lifeguards who are vigilant about the safety of guests, especially Mr. Paweł for professional swimming lessons for our children. The cleaning ladies do their work with great precision. We always come back full of joy and come back well-fed and relaxed.

Everything was great: the hotel, the service, the food, the spa and the location. We really liked the hotel design. The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a small but well-equipped gym and a very nice, decent side swimming pool with magnificent view. The spa was outstanding - the way rooms are laid out ensures privacy and the staff was professional and caring. The food in the main restaurant was really tasty and beautifully served. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have a luxurious break.

Struttura di altissimo livello. Staff molto professionle e preparato, Credo che in Polonia sia difficile trovare qualcosa di meglio. Arredamento di ottimo gusto con camere ampie e spaziose. La Spa è molto ben organizzata, ci sono diversi tipi di sauna: Romana, finlandese e ad infrarossi. La piscina ha una vista mozzafiato sul bosco di fronte. I massaggi al volto e alla schiena hanno dato ulteriore relax ad un week end fantastico. Il ristorante è molto grande con un servizio impeccabile. I pasti sono molto raffinati e gustosi. Il personale è di altissimo livello e molto premuroso. Un esperienza incredibile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Consigliatissimo

We are repeat guests of the hotel, always satisfied (that's why we came back), but during our last stay, which was with a voucher, we were very disappointed, because only during check-out we were informed about the need to use the entire amount and it turned out that the only thing we could pay for was the remaining amount. The money can be spent on wine (we were not allowed to extend the voucher, book a spa trea**ent or buy cosmetics - cosmetics are a product and wine is a service, as it turns out). I understand the policies and rules, but they should be communicated to guests upon check-in, not when they leave the hotel. A very big minus and distaste, unfortunately, you probably lost your customers and the recommendations that we gave to our friends about you.

Aesthetic hotel designed in my favourite Art Deco Style. Great cuisine experience from breakfast( fishes from their own smokehouse), through lunch( modern Polish cuisine ex. dumplings with trout and citrus caviar), till dinner( great smoked trout with seafood sauce and yuzu caviar and Halibut with elderflower sauce). Great selection of wines ( could be more Polish wines such as ' Winnica Moderna' or 'Dom Bliskowice). Amazing view from pool for beautiful hotel garden. You can take sunbath and read a book on the terrace near pool or swing in a hammock in the garden. Recommend this place during summer festival of Olga Tokarczuk Foundation 'Góry Literatury'.

We went to Polanica for romantic weekend. It is a really beautoful hotel, located in the quiet area of Polanica, but still 10 min walk front the main street. Hotel itself offers two great restaurants, fantastic recreation area with swimming pool, saunas, and sun terace. SPA offer itself is reachest I've seen and Staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Nothing to really complain about :))) We will be back in autum for sure !
