Hotel molto bello e pulito. Accoglienza ottima da parte di tutto lo staf.In particolare Dorel. Lo chef Antonio e Marta sono stati molto gentili e disponibili .Il ristorante è sicuramente da provare . Vi ringrazio , tornerò per una vacanza con la mia famiglia.

Albergo a pochi passi falla zona monumetale dei trulli. Moderno, pulito, accogliente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel per girare Alberobello e dintorni. Avevamo 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 singola. La singola era veramente minuscola, senza friforifero. Abbiamo subito segnalato che la TV non funzionava, ma non è stata riparata. Il secondo giorno è saltata l'aria condizionata in tutto l'hotel, e per due giorni non ha funzionato. A parte questi inconvenienti ci siamo trovati bene, buon riposo e ottima colazione. Da sottolineare la cordialità di tutto il personale. Quando siamo partiti il receptionist Dorel si è scusato per i disagi, e senza che chiedessimo nulla ha applicato uno sconto per le mancanze. Questo è un punto a vantaggio, ottima customer care. Altri hotel non si fanno tanti scrupoli. Hotel senza dubbio da consigliare .

Einfaches Hotel, ist nicht 4 Stern würdig, zu teuer für was es bietet, mageres Frühstücksbuffet mit viel abgepackten Waren, Kuchen und Aufbackbrötchen schlechter Kaffee aus Papbecher, Zimmer sehr hellhörig, eher klein, Personal war freundlich

Hôtel de construction moderne mais la prestation est un peu décevante : pas de prise électrique dans la chambre pour recharger son téléphone (nous avons du débrancher la télé), deux soirs de suite pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre et un petit déjeuner qui est perfectible (œufs brouillés froids notamment). En revanche le personnel est adorable, soucieux de bien faire et attentionné. La piscine ouverte en mai est agréable et fonctionnelle.

Dorel was very charming and helpful from before I arrived to the end of my stay. He is the best thing about this hotel. Responsive by email etc. The breakfast was chaotic... the couple running things down there need more help! I was able to sit by the pretty pool but it was not swimmable for some reason. A relaxing swim would be a nice bonus in the UNESCO town.

I took a room for over a week for work. The point is strategic to be able to move. Everything ok, prices right. Congratulations also for the services offered and the impeccable cleanliness. Friendly and polite staff. The SPA is the icing on the cake.

We were alone the first days, but the hotel team did everything to make our stay good. Small breakfast buffet right next to our table, there was everything for our hunger, hot croissants, fruit, yogurt, rolls, cold meats, cheese… etc. Rooms cleaned every day with change of towels. Well done

My boyfriend and I were disappointed with this hotel which did not deserve these 4 stars. The location is very good: 10 minutes from the city center on foot. The welcome and the team on site were also very good. However, the room is aging, the mattress is poor quality and especially the curtains are not blackout. The receptionist sold us the hotel restaurant with apparently a starred chef, so we let ourselves be tempted, with regret. The meal was mediocre and very expensive compared to the quality and prices that we found in the various restaurants in the region. As for the breakfast, it was OK but once again far from a 4 star. Finally, the swimming pool could have been nice if it had been heated a little.
