We really enjoyed our stay on our way south on the N1. The room was comfortable, clean, and refreshing. The grounds were beautiful. Will come again if we are in the area. Thank you.

Well managed and comfortable venue. Food and setup of lodge is appealing and comfortable for a stay. Breakfast is most enjoyable and appreciated. Unfortunately, the old box aircons are to old and noisy. Needs an upgrade to split units based on price you pay.

The courteous staff - from front desk to kitchen and housekeeping - deserve spelling mention. My request to have my room cleaned earlier was granted and executed without any hassle. Room 153 is however not a good choice with the unbearable noise, presumably from the ice machine around 02:00 in the morning.

A lovely stopover on our way to Hoedspruit. Lovely rooms, clean, quiet, tea and coffee facilities, nice toiletries. Lovely pool and breakfast. Exceeded expectations and would happily stay again.

My wife and I made a stopover here on our way between national parks. The position is very good if you don't want to go through town. We did not enjoy the motel due to the following issues. No lift - We were on the 3rd floor. With heavy and multiple bags, it was a tough slog. We were not aware of this beforehand. Air Conditioner is very noisy, and as it was a hot night, which made it almost impossible to sleep. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Nothing mentioned on the website or when booking was made. Our room was right at the top of the stairs, and the doors are not very sound proof, so we heard people talking in the hallway and on the stairs late at night and early morning. (Tip - Do not get rooms 50 or 51) Breakfast was ok, but a little expensive compared to what we normally pay. It's not an expensive hotel, but not really cheap. I don't think I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere & good food. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Polokwane. The bed was comfortable in the room I stayed in. The staff was eager to assist you, from the front desk to the dining room.

The worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The rooms have the terrible looking curtains with the oldest aircon or fan. One morning I left my room before 7am, and came to the lady cleaning it at 3pm. I had to wait outside until I was done. I took a picture of the state of the remote. I wanted to vomit after seeing it. The rooms have no phones, but have a QR code that you need to scan to get service. I scanned it with 2 different phones and it wasn’t working. The aircon/fan only worked on the first day. After seeing the remote, there was no way I was comfortable eating anything from that hotel. I ordered dinner from the Marimba hotel in the next building. Extremely overpriced (I paid R1500 per night) & what a waste.
