The staff are friendly . Very good buffet breakfast. Staff helpful to get us taxi to and from train stain Palomba-Roma station. We will still come back here. Highly recommendable. Very clean place. Rating 10

Bellissimo, le foto non rendono , è ancora più bello, le camere enormi, pulizia impeccabile, tutto profumato. La colazione il ottima , ricca di dolci e anche un angolo per il salato. Ottima posizione per zoomarine. Meraviglioso, ci ritorneremo. Parcheggio custodito. Unico evento sgradito è stata la richiesta di ghiaccio, alla sera dell' arrivo, da portare in camera, mi è stato comunicato del guasto alla macchinetta e l impossibilità di riparazione per il periodo del ferragosto, sera seguente a personale diverso ho fatto la stessa richiesta e mi è stata accettata! Ad agosto certi scherzi sono di cattivo gusto!

appena arrivato, vicino alla tazza del water, la carta igienica era già usata. a cena la pasta era spesso scotta e incollata. la carbonara era con la pancetta invece del guanciale. l'hamburger era palesemente cacciato dal congelatore e messo in microonde. tutto sommano personale top.

Sé prenotate tramite Cinecittà world vi aspetta una delle camere peggiori che potete trovare nel hotel. Stanza 214. Con 35 gradi fuori non c'era neanche il frigorifero. Chiedendo alla reception mi è stato detto che lo stavano riparando! E che ci avrebbero dato dell'acqua fresca su richiesta ( già questa cosa non è normale) Se non dicevo niente loro avrebbero fatto finta di nulla. Nella camera mancava anche il secondo comodino vicino al letto😂 La colazione - sono tutti dolci e pochissimo salato, con la cameriera che non fa altro che lamentarsi che le persone si fanno i panini e il pan carrè finisce subito dicendo che loro non sono un alimentare. In conclusione non consiglio l'esperienza a nessuno.
