The most awful experience we ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The receptionist and the manager (I believe it was) were not helpful at all. Paid for ultra all-inclusive and had to put my children to sleep on a couch that was in an unacceptable condition. When questioned that to the persons above, we only received laugh in the faces and eventual promise that we may be moved to another room/apartment but not sure until tomorrow or the day after. Also told us that the couch was only a year old but by the look of it I could tell it was at least 10 years old and non stop used. The leather was ripped everywhere with holes and tears. They did not even tried to compensate us with something. It was good job that the travel agency was so accurate and transferred us to another hotel which was more than that we expected. If I can I will not give any starts or will give minus stars but... hey, ho!

Beautiful area and near the sea is the only plus of this hotel. Disgusting staff - from the hotel manager to the line staff. Boorish, irresponsible attitude of the staff, it feels like I live here for free and I was sheltered))) Service is absent from the word - absolutely !!!! Would not recommend and will never return to this hotel. Ruined the rest of the family.
